     Whole Milk Powder - Europe

     In Western Europe the whole milk powder price range declined at the low end but remained
     steady at the top. The low-end price movement reflects prices in Netherlands. The market
     tone is considered to be calm. Most new contracts are easily finalized at current pricing.
     Many buyers feel that compared with WMP pricing in Oceania, Western European pricing is a
     bargain.
