USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on light demand and moderate offerings. Choice 
rib, chuck, and round cuts steady while loin cuts lower. Select rib, round, 
and loin cuts steady to firm while chuck cuts lower. Beef trimmings sharply lower 
on light demand and light to moderate offerings.
